The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs M1 makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 127(1) and (3A) of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 M2 and section 6(1) of the Sea Fish Conservation Act 1967 M3, and now vested in it.
