In section 38 of the Education Act 1997 (inspection of F1local authorities) in subsection (5)(b) for “paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the School Inspections Act 1996” substitute “ paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Education Act 2005 or (as the case requires) paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to that Act ”.
