Paragraph 2 I1C1C2C3C4C5

In this Schedule “the relevant authority” means—

(a)

in the case of proposals under section 7, the local education authority who published the notice under that section, and

(b)

in the case of proposals under section 10 F1... or 15, the local education authority who maintain the school or (in the case of a new school) who it is proposed should maintain the school.
