Article 29 Withdrawal of school from maintained status
The following provisions of the 1986 Order (which provide for the withdrawal of a school from maintained status) shall cease to have effect, namely—
(a)
in Article 11(2) the words from “and may be withdrawn” to the end;
(b)
Article 11(6);
(c)
Part II of Schedule 5;
(d)
Schedule 8.
