Paragraph 8
(1)
It shall be an offence wilfully to obstruct—
(a)
a registered inspector, or
(b)
a member of an inspection team,
in the exercise of his functions in relation to the inspection of a school.
(2)
Any person guilty of an offence under sub-paragraph (1) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level four on the standard scale.
