Regulation 18 Students to be treated as in attendance on a course

England and Wales

(1)

A student to whom this regulation applies is treated as if the student were in attendance on the designated course for the purpose of qualifying for F1a fee loan.

(2)

This regulation applies to—

(a)

F2a F3compressed degree student; or

(b)

a disabled student who—

(i)

is not a F4compressed degree student; and

(ii)

is undertaking a designated course F5... in the United Kingdom but is not in attendance because the student is unable to attend for a reason which relates to the student's disability.
