Paragraph 11 Site security - above ground installation (Work No. 7)

No part of the authorised development comprised in Work No. 7 may be brought into use until a written scheme detailing security measures to minimise the risk of crime has, for that part, been submitted to and, after consultation with North Yorkshire Police, approved by the relevant planning authority.

The approved scheme must be maintained and operated throughout the operation of Work No. 7.
