Paragraph 12 Fire prevention

No part of the authorised development may commence, save for the permitted preliminary works, until a fire prevention method statement providing details of fire detection measures, fire suppression measures and the location of accesses to all fire appliances in all of the major building structures and storage areas within the authorised development, including measures to contain and treat water used to suppress any fire has, for that part, been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.

The authorised development must be implemented in accordance with the approved details and all relevant fire suppression measures and fire appliances must be maintained to the reasonable satisfaction of the relevant planning authority at all times throughout the operation of the authorised development.
