Paragraph 83 I1

(1)

Rule 11 of Schedule 1 (right to attend nomination) is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (1), after sub-paragraph (b) insert

“or
(c)
a person who is entitled to attend by virtue of section 6A or 6B of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000,”.

(3)

After paragraph (3) insert—

“(3A)
Paragraph (3) does not apply to a person mentioned in paragraph (1)(c).”

(4)

In paragraph (4) for “A candidate's spouse or civil partner” substitute “ One other person chosen by the candidate ”.
