Paragraph 1
The provisions of this Schedule—
(a)
apply to a document, which includes an application, notice, invoice or credit note; and
(b)
are subject to any specific provisions in these Regulations F1, the Supplier Payment Regulations or capacity market rules about—
(i)
a particular kind of document; or
(ii)
the provision of documents by or to a particular person or class of persons.
