In section 393(6) (exceptions from general restrictions on disclosure of information)—
(a)
after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)limits the information that may be made available under section 76A;”, and
(b)
in paragraph (d) for “or made public” substitute “ , made public or made available ”.
