In section 263A of the 1992 Act (proceedings of the Central Arbitration Committee under Schedule A1), after subsection (7) add—

“(8)
The reference in subsection (1) to the Committee’s functions under Schedule A1 does not include a reference to its functions under paragraph 166 of that Schedule.”
