Section 284 of the 1992 Act (share fishermen) is amended as follows.

After “the employee” insert “ (or, in the case of sections 145A to 151, the worker) ”.

(3)

For “sections 146 to 151 (action short of dismissal)” substitute “ sections 145A to 151 (inducements and detriment) ”.
