Section 106 Interpretation

In this Act—

• “functions” includes powers and duties;

• “modify” includes amend, add to, revoke or repeal (and references to “modifications” are to be construed accordingly);

• “territorial sea” means the territorial sea adjacent to the United Kingdom.
