in subsection (1)(a), after “Energy Prices Act 2022” insert “or Part 1 of the Energy Act 2023”;

in subsection (3), after paragraph (azc) insert—

“(azd)

it is made for the purpose of facilitating the performance of any functions of the Authority under or by virtue of Part 1 of the Energy Act 2023;”;

in subsection (6), at the end insert—

“(z1)

Part 1 of the Energy Act 2023.”
