Rule 2 Amendment of the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 2013

In rule 10 of the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 2013^f1 (manner in which service to be effected)—

(a)

in paragraph (6)(a) for “Part 4 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000^f2” substitute “Part 4A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000^f3”; and

(b)

in paragraph (6)(b)(ii)(bb) after “Part 4” insert “or Part 4A”.
