Paragraph 10 Amendment of section 104I1

Section 104 (as amended by paragraph 4 of this Schedule) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

In subsection (9), for “combined authorities that are not established mayoral strategic authorities” substitute “non-mayoral combined authorities”.

In subsection (9A), for “combined authorities that are established mayoral strategic authorities” substitute “mayoral combined authorities”.

Omit subsection (9B).
