In section 29(4A) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993f1 (deemed withdrawal of initial notice)—
(a)
in paragraph (a) omit “or an administration order”, and
(b)
at the end add “or the RTE company enters administration,”.
