In Part I of Schedule 3 to the National Lottery etc Act 1993f1 (revocation of licences: discretionary grounds) in paragraph 3—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (2) omit “for an administration order to be made in respect of the licensee or”, and
(b)
after sub-paragraph (4) insert—
“(5)An administration application has been made or a notice of intention to appoint an administrator or a notice of an appointment of an administrator under paragraph 14 or 22 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (c. 45) has been filed.”.
