In paragraph 9(4)(c) of the Schedule to the Dock Work (Compensation Payments Scheme) Regulations 1989f1 (compensation payments scheme)—
(a)
omit “or an administration order”, and
(b)
after “made with respect to it” insert “or the company has entered administration”.
