In regulation 7(4) of the Statutory Maternity Pay (General) Regulations 1986^f1 (liability of Commissioners of Inland Revenue to pay Statutory Maternity Pay)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a)(iii)—

(i)

omit “or an administration order”, and

(ii)

after “with respect to it” insert “or it enters administration”, and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b)(iii)—

(i)

omit “or an administration order”, and

(ii)

after “with respect to it” insert “or it enters administration”.
