Paragraph 19 Paragraphs 13 to 18: supplementary provision
P1(1)
In paragraphs 13 to 18 “the appointed day” means such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint; and different days may be appointed for different purposes.
(2)
An order made by the Secretary of State under paragraph 15, 16 or 17—
(a)
may make different provision for different purposes; and
(b)
shall be made by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
