Paragraph 6 Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995I1

For paragraph 5(i)(iii) of schedule 2 (information about, convictions of, applicants for and holders of operator’s licences) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995^f1, substitute—

“(iii)

regulation 69(1)(a) of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018^f2; or”.
