In section 69 (protection of the water environment) of the Forth Crossing Act 2011^f1, for “section 20(1) of the Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 3)” substitute “section 18 of the Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014^f2”.
