Paragraph 3 Authorisations: conditionsF1
SEPA must ensure that an authorisation for the treatment and storage at a treatment facility of waste batteries must include such conditions as it considers appropriate to ensure that—
(a)
treatment, at a minimum, includes the removal of all fluids and acids,
(b)
treatment, and any storage, including temporary storage, takes place on impermeable surfaces with suitable weatherproof covering or in suitable containers.
