Paragraph 33 Changes in fuel used or mode of operation of the plantF1

SEPA must be informed of significant changes in the type of fuel used or in the mode of operation of the plant.

Where informed of a significant change in accordance with sub-paragraph (1), SEPA must decide whether the monitoring requirements in paragraph 32(1) to (4) and (6) of this schedule are still adequate or require to be adjusted.
