In schedule 3 (accuracy classes for filling instruments) of the Weighing Equipment (Automatic Gravimetric Filling Instruments) Regulations 2000 M1 for “section 2 of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993” substitute “ paragraph 5 of schedule 8 of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018 ”.
