Paragraph 9 Weighing Equipment (Automatic Rail-weighbridges) Regulations 2003

In schedule 3 (requirements relating to use) of the Weighing Equipment (Automatic Rail-weighbridges) Regulations 2003 M1 for “section 2 of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993” substitute “ paragraph 5 of schedule 8 of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018 ”.
