Article 2 Amendment
(1)
The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (The Broads) Designation Order 1992f1 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.

In article 6 (rates of payment under agreement)—
(a)
in paragraph (1), for “£135” there shall be substituted “£145”; and
(b)
in paragraph (2), there shall be substituted for the table the following table:
“
£ per hectare of land per annum Schedule 2 225 Schedule 3 300 Schedule 4 —Option 1 260 —Option 2 330 ”.
