Regulation 2 The Equine Identification (Wales) Regulations 2019I1

The Equine Identification (Wales) Regulations 2019 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 6(1), for “born in the European Union” substitute “ born in a member State or in the United Kingdom ”.

In the heading to regulation 7, for “European Union” substitute “ F1Great Britain from a country other than Northern Ireland or a member State ”.

In regulation 13(3)(b), for “another member State” substitute “a member State or Northern Ireland”.

In regulation 33, for paragraph (4) substitute—

“(4)

The inspector may be accompanied by such other persons as the inspector considers necessary.”.
