Regulation 2 Amendment of the Equine Identification (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

Regulation 2 of the Equine Identification (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019^f1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (3), for the substituted text substitute “Great Britain from a country other than Northern Ireland or a member State”.

For paragraph (4) substitute—

In regulation 13(3)(b), for “another member State” substitute “a member State or Northern Ireland”.”
