Division 1.2 The application shall contain the following information:

the name and address of the manufacturer or the firm, or of his or its authorised representative or of the applicant;
- (b)
the category of instrument;
- (c)
the intended use;
- (d)
the measurement characteristics;
- (e)
the commercial designation, if any, or the type.
