Division 1.3 The application shall be accompanied by the documents necessary for its evaluation, in duplicate, and in particular:

a description in particular of:

1. (a)

   the construction and operation of the instrument;

2. (b)

   the protecting arrangements ensuring correct working;

3. (c)

   the devices for regulation and adjustment;

4. (d)

   the intended locations for:

   • verification marks,

   • seals (where applicable);

general arrangement drawings and, where necessary, detailed drawings of important components;

a schematic drawing illustrating the principles of operation and, where necessary, a photograph.
