correcting Regulation (EC) No 412/2008 opening and providing for the administration of an import tariff quota for frozen beef intended for processing
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1254/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in beef and vealf1, and in particular Article 32(1) thereof,
Whereas:

The quotation of Regulation (EC) No 382/2008 in Annex II to Commission Regulation (EC) No 412/2008f2 is a result of an error.
(2)
Regulation (EC) No 412/2008 should therefore be corrected accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
