Article 73a Control observers for the monitoring of the landing obligationF1

Without prejudice to Article 73(1) of this Regulation, F2a fisheries administration may deploy control observers on board fishing vessels F3... for the monitoring of fisheries subject to the landing obligation set out in Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013. Article 73(2) to (9) of this Regulation shall apply to those control observers.
