Regulation (EC) No 748/2008 is amended as follows:

    in Article 1(1), the second subparagraph is deleted;

  2. 2..

    Article 1(3) is amended as follows:

    1. (a)

      in point (a) the following subparagraph is added:

      ‘This quota carries order number 09.4460.’

    2. (b)

      in point (b) the following subparagraph is added:

      ‘This quota carries order number 09.4020.’;

  3. 3..

    Annexes IV, V and VI are replaced by the text in Annex I to this Regulation.
