1.

This Regulation sets out the requirements for technical arrangements for the interoperability and, where practicable, harmonisation of spatial data sets and spatial data services corresponding to the themes listed in F2Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1205/2008.

2.

This Regulation does not apply to the network services falling within the scope of Commission Regulation (EC) No 976/2009f1.
