Article 8 Updates

1.

F1The appropriate authority shall make available updates of data on a regular basis.

All updates shall be made at the latest 6 months after the change was applied in the source data set, unless a different period is specified for a specific spatial data theme in F2the Annexes.

F33.

The updates of data shall be made available to all related spatial data services according to the deadline specified in paragraph 2.
