Article 26 Report on enforcement

By 1 June 2015 and every 2 years thereafter, the enforcement F1body designated under regulation 8 of the Merchant Shipping (Passengers' Rights) Regulations 2013 must publish a report on its activity in the previous two calendar years, containing in particular a description of actions taken in order to implement the provisions of this Regulation, details of sanctions applied and statistics on complaints and sanctions applied.
