United Kingdom
Consignments of live animals shall only be introduced F1from third countries into Great Britain where the consignment arrives at the F2border control post F3... within 10 days of the date of issue of the appropriate veterinary certificate.
In the case of transport by sea, that period of 10 days shall be extended by an additional period corresponding to the duration of the journey by sea, as certified by a signed declaration of the master of the ship, drawn up in accordance with F4the form required for the declaration, as published by the appropriate authority from time to time, and attached in its original form to the veterinary certificate.
