Article 107 Inspection of certain pelagic landingsF1

For landings of herring, mackerel, horse mackerel and blue whiting as referred to in Article 78 of this Regulation the competent authorities of a F2fisheries administration must ensure that at least 7,5 % of the quantities landed for each species and at least 5 % of the landings are fully inspected.
