Article 69 Scope

Without prejudice to Articles 78 - 89 of this Regulation the provisions contained in this chapter shall apply to landings from F1F2United Kingdom fishing vessels taking place in F3the United Kingdom and transhipments involving United Kingdom fishing vessels taking place in ports or places close to the shore of the United Kingdom as well as to the weighing of fisheries products on board United Kingdom fishing vessels in United Kingdom waters.
