Division 2 PACKAGES OF A SOLID FUEL BOILER, SUPPLEMENTARY HEATERS, TEMPERATURE CONTROLS AND SOLAR DEVICES

For packages of a solid fuel boiler, supplementary heaters, temperature controls and solar devices, the technical documentation referred to in Article 3(3)(e) shall include:

1. (a)

   the name and address of the supplier;

2. (b)

   a description of the model comprising the package of a solid fuel boiler, supplementary heaters, temperatures control and solar devices sufficient for its unambiguous identification;

3. (c)

   where appropriate, the references of the F1designated standards applied;

4. (d)

   where appropriate, the other technical standards and specifications used;

5. (e)

   the name and signature of the person empowered to bind the supplier;

6. (f)

   technical parameters:

   1. (1)

      the energy efficiency index, rounded to the nearest integer;

   2. (2)

      the technical parameters set out in point 1 of this Annex and, where appropriate, the technical parameters set out in point 1 of Annex V of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 811/2013;

   3. (3)

      the technical parameters set out in points 3 and 4 of Annex V of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 811/2013;

7. (g)

   any specific precautions that must be taken when the package of a solid fuel boiler, supplementary heaters, temperature controls and solar devices is assembled, installed or maintained.
