4.1. Class I

  • vehicles with a maximum design speed ≤ 12 km/h.

    • 4.2. Class II

  • vehicles with a maximum design speed > 12 km/h and ≤ 30 km/h.

    • 4.3. Class III

  • vehicles with a maximum design speed > 30 km/h and ≤ 40 km/h.
