1.

The F1... specifications for the register of infrastructure referred to in F2regulation 35 of the 2011 Regulations shall be those laid down in the Annex to this Regulation.

2.

Each F3owner of infrastructure shall ensure the values of the parameters of its railway network are F4held in a register which shall comply with the F5... specifications of this Regulation.

F63.

In this Regulation:

(a)

“the 2011 Regulations” means the Railways (Interoperability) Regulations 2011;

(b)

“IP completion day” has the same meaning as in the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020.
