Regulation 4 Amendments to Schedule 3 (UK Controlled Dual-Use Goods, Software and Technology)

Schedule 3 (UK controlled dual-use goods, software and technology) is amended as follows.

Omit the following definitions—

(a)

“circuit element”;

(b)

“digital computer”, including the Note to that definition;

(c)

“discrete component”;

(d)

“electronic assemblies”;

(e)

“Process Design Kit”.

(3)

Omit the entries PL9013 to PL9015, including the headings, Notes and Technical Notes to those entries.
