Rule 13.6 Service of the application and other documents
(1)
The applicants must, within 14 days before the hearing or first directions hearing, serve on the respondents —
(a)
the application;
(b)
a form for acknowledging service; and
(c)
a notice of proceedings.
(2)
The applicants must serve a notice of proceedings on any local authority or voluntary organisation that has at any time provided accommodation for the child.
