Regulation 3 Section 3 (register of farriers)

After section 3(2), insert—

“(2A)

Subsection (2) does not apply in relation to registration under section 7(6), but the registrar shall cause to be entered in Part V of the register the name and prescribed particulars of every person entitled to be registered under section 7(6).”.
