Regulation 4 Section 4 (rules with respect to register)

After section 4(4), insert—

“(5)

No fee may be prescribed under subsection (1)(a) in respect of registration under section 7(6), and no fee may be prescribed under subsection (1)(b) in respect of retention in the register of the name of a person registered under section 7(6).”.
