Article 7 Power to maintain the authorised developmentI1

(1)
The undertaker may at any time maintain the authorised development, except to the extent that this Order (including the requirements), or an agreement made under this Order, provides otherwise.
(2)
Paragraph (1) does not authorise any works—
(a)
not assessed in the environmental statement;
(b)
outside the Order limits; or
(c)
which would result in the authorised development varying from the description in Schedule 1.
